The Diversity Charter signed by Medichem

Medichem has an absolute #commitment to its employees to promote a respectful, diverse, and inclusive work environment, and therefore, on the occasion of European Month, celebrated last May, we have signed The #diversity Charter to promote #equalopportunities and to fight against discrimination in all its forms, including age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and disability.

We are also committed to promoting diversity and creating an #inclusive work environment where differences in the workforce are valued and respected.

The Diversity Charter is an initiative of the Diversity Foundation driven by the European Commission that reflects the commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
