Assistant Shift Supervisor

We at Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd are EXPANDING our operations and are looking for motivated and capable individuals who would like to join its PRODUCTION – FDF team.

SHIFT LEADER II (FDF)

The chosen candidate will be responsible for temporarily assisting Shift Leader I in supervising the ongoing production in the FDF unit. S/he will also be responsible for the correct handling of shifts when Shift Leader I is not on site. Furthermore s/he will be responsible for maintaining the required standards of quality, health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.

The Position Requires:

• An O ’Level standard of education (preferably technical/ scientific).
• Working on a rotational shift basis.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programs such as word and excel.

The selected person will be:

• Self- motivated and have excellent attention to detail.

• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
