Warehouse Supervisor

We at Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd are looking for motivated and capable individuals who would like to join our growing team! 

Combino Pharm (Malta) Ltd form part of the Medichem group, a Spanish pharmaceutical organisation which develops and manufactures both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms. 

Combino Pharm is focused on solid oral generic pharmaceutical products. The organization provides high quality medicinal substances and products for the worldwide market, with special emphasis on Europe and the US. 

The company is located in the Hal Far Industrial Estate, hold EU GMP certification and US FDA approval, and have been operating here in Malta for 20 years. 

We are currently looking for a new team member in our Supply Chain Department for the following role: 

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR 

The chosen candidates will form part of a growing department and will also be responsible for: 

• Goods receptions & handling, 
• Material assignment & staging for production processes, 
• Shipment preparation, 
• Correct storage of materials, 
• Stock control and maintaining ERP, 
• Furthermore s/he will be responsible for maintaining the required standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment. 

The Position Requires: 

• Preferably a diploma or an Advanced Level of education, and as a minimum an ‘O’ Level standard of education 
• Previous experience in Logistics/Warehousing activities 
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a GMP environment and/or SAP would be advantageous. 
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programmes such as word and excel.

• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines. 
• Able to communicate in both English and Maltese. 

• Confident and pro-active in carrying out one’s duties. 
• Extremely organised. 
• Ready to work on 12 hr shifts (Working Shift rotation: DAY-DAY-REST-OFF).
